Lakes Barge Service is a family owned and
operated business in Outing, Mn.
Rob Fossum:
Has worked as an excavator in the Outing
area for more than 30 years.
Rob and John:
Operate the barge, dump trucks, and
do the landscaping/hardscaping.
LaDawn:
Operates the office, and
loads trucks and trailers.

Our Barge
Our barge was built in 2018,
custom designed it was created to do
landscaping/hardscaping and shoreline work from the lake side,
rather than tearing up yards and driveways with heavy equipment
(which can cause months for grass to grow back or repair of driveways or lawns).
It can carry up to 6 tons (12,000 lbs.) of equipment, rock,
and other materials.
